This colossal space station serves as the capital of the Council. Gravity is simulated through rotation, and is a comfortable 1.02 standard G's on the Wards and a light 0.3 standard G's on Wanshu Hill.

[nospaces]DEFENSES
As befits such an important galactic location, Xintian boasts multiple layers of defense. The first is the link in the Xintian Fleet. The fleet is a massive task force consisting mostly of Steel Pokémon vessels but also including ships from the other Council races. The Xintian Fleet constantly patrols the space around the station. However, should any aggressor manage to break through the Fleet, reinforcements from Terra are only minutes away, due to the station revolving around the planet.

If any enemy gets close enough, the station is capable of closing in on itself to form a long, armored cylinder, 45 kilometers in length. The station's hull is sufficiently strong that, even when subjected to the most advanced weaponry available, it would take several days of sustained bombardment to inflict any serious damage to the superstructure.

The station also boasts its own internal security force, known as XS-corps. The numerous officers patrolling the station handle everything from customs to hostage negotiations.

Xintian also has turrets to ward off small craft, such as dropships.
[break][break]UNIQUE INHABITANTS
The caretakers are a bio-engineered race found only on Xintian. They are completely docile and harmless, and appear to exist for no other reason than to maintain the Xintian and its systems.
[break][break]
The Caretakers are believed to have been created by the Legendary Pokémon, and now serve the station and have become essential to its operations. Very little is known about them, as they do not communicate the station's vital information to other species, and it is against XS-Corps regulations to interfere with caretaker activity.
